Shipping Policy

 

For environmental reasons each item you purchase is made to order. Please allow 2-7 days for your order to be processed.

Once the order is processed you will receive an email with tracking information. You can monitor your order's status and expected delivery date at any time with the tracking number sent to you via email.

Domestic (U.S. orders) 1-5 business days.

International 1-2 weeks.

Hearts Out currently accepts international orders to select countries. In addition to the delivery fee at checkout according to the shipping rates below, the customer will be responsible for paying all duties and taxes to the carrier upon delivery.

For packages that are refused at delivery, customers will still be responsible for all duties, taxes and shipping costs to and from the United States. These costs will be deducted from the customer return.
